Happy August!!

 

August....I honestly didn't even want to title this, "Happy August," because let's face it- I'm not happy that it's August! August means the end of summer. The end of summer means school starts. School starting means fall. Fall means cold weather. Ugh!

I know, I know, I'm weird. But quite frankly, I really don't like fall very much. I mean, yes, I like sweaters and hot chocolate and the holiday season. (I looooooove the holidays, as you all know. They're the only thing that make this time of year bearable.) However, I don't like having school and all of the stress that comes along with it, and I really don't like being cold all of the time. Luckily, living in the South kind of spares me from the extremely cold weather, but still! It can get really cold here, too. Last winter was horrible. I'm hoping that we don't have a repeat of that this year....

Anyways, I'm getting off-track. Sorry. August just is not my favorite month. More like least favorite. But let's see...positive thoughts....um.....

Oh! There is ONE good thing this month!!! It's my 1 year blogaversary!!! (Is blogaversary a thing? I'm making it a thing.) I'm pretty excited for that- it's so crazy that I've been blogging here for a full year! It's been so much fun. But anyways, I have a couple of posts planned out for that, so stay tuned!
